Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days from the date of purchase.(Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or a mistake was made by us when shipping). Items can only be returned for refund if they are in their original condition including the boxes and pouches it came with, items must not show wear or any damages or alteration to it.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Pierced Jewelry

We happily accept returns on any pierced jewelry with unopened bags for store credit or refund. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date the order was purchased. All opened bags are void of return. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that come in sealed bags that has been opened. You must notify us of any damage prior to opening the clear sealed bags. We are not responsible for your items once the sealed bags are opened.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Shipping within Canada:

We offer free shipping on all orders of $35 and up within Canada.

Shipping to the United States: 

We offer free shipping on all orders of $35 and up within the U.S.

International Shipping:

We offer free international shipping on all orders of $49 and up.

Shipping costs shown on the chart do not include customs brokerage fees and other related tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient receiving the package. If a package is refused and returned to us for any reasons, the customer will be responsible for all incurred shipping fees.
