Shipping

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer free domestic shipping within Canada on orders over CAD $25 with Canada Post.

    For orders shipped to the U.S we offer free shipping on orders over USD $25.

    For International orders we offer free shipping on all orders over USD $25.

Returns

  • Do you accept returns?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days from the date of purchase.(Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or a mistake was made by us when shipping). Items can only be returned for refund if they are in their original condition including the boxes and pouches it came with, items must not show wear or any damages or alteration to it.

    All pierced jewelry must be sealed (unopened) in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

    Note: We happily accept returns on any pierced jewelry with unopened bags for store credit or refund. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date the order was purchased. All opened bags are void of return. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that come in sealed bags that has been opened. You must notify us of any damage prior to opening the clear sealed bags. We are not responsible for your items once the sealed bags are opened.

    If you received an item that was damaged in shipment, please email us and let us know. All of our items are guaranteed to arrive undamaged.

    If you received an item in your order that is defective, please email us and let us know.

  • Do i have to register to purchase items?

    No. You can check out as a guest, but registered members will receive the use of discount codes, and the ability to subscribe to our newsletter that sends you promotions that we offer throughout the year. Your registered account will also let you view all previous orders, print out invoices and request a return as well.

We don't give any of our buyer's information to third parties, so you can be assured your information won't leave our business.   • What materials are your jewelry made from?

    Our jewelry products sold on our website are made of 316L surgical stainless steel, 14K gold, sterling silver, bioflex or titanium, etc. Please contact us with any questions or requests for material certs.

  • Are your silver jewelry nickel and lead free?

    Yes. Our 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry follows International, European and American legislation regarding lead, nickel and heavy metal content. Our products are regularly tested to ensure compliance with these laws.

  • What size or gauge Body Jewelry should i order?

    It is not possble for us to tell what size body jewelry you need for your unique piercing. There is no standard size that all Professionals Piercers use. We can tell you the most common sizes and gauges used for body piercing, but that will probably not be the size that you have. The only way to determine what size you actually need is to contact the piercer and ask what gauge you were pierced with or measure the jewelry you are wearing now and use that as a guide line for new purchases on body jewelry.
